Unlike many firms who are tied to a limited panel of lenders, we are an independent ‘whole of market’ broker. This means we can find the most appropriate deal for your situation from any high street lender, building society or private bank.
With the mortgage process taking around 6 weeks (including legal work), having a single point of contact throughout this process is priceless. Your dedicated broker and admin team will work tirelessly until your offer is secured. After an initial consultation, we will approach lenders based on your specific circumstances to secure the most appropriate deal.
We then fully manage your application, dealing with all communications with lenders and acting as a single point of contact. Your Broker will remain on hand until completion, ready to deal with any questions or issues that may arise.
We work predominantly with professionals based in Canary Wharf and the City of London, including those working in banking, law, IT, accountancy and management consultancy. However, we offer experienced bespoke advice to all applicants, whatever your situation.
We are conveniently located in the centre of Canary Wharf for face-to-face meetings, or available at any time by telephone appointment.
Paul spent the last decade working for a leading broker firm before establishing his own company in 2016. He has a wealth of experience placing cases, mostly for those working in the financial industry, IT and Law. His business places an emphasis on responsiveness, investing in a close team of support staff to ensure the mortgage process is as frictionless as possible for his clients.
